Boomloom's patented design makes weaving easy, even for complete beginners. Interchangeable pattern bars let you make beautiful patterns without shafts, levers, pick-up sticks, string heddles, drafts, or complicated instructions.

Included in this kit:

• One durable powdercoated metal frame. This frame can be used with all Boomloom patternmaking bars. Weaving area dimensions are 6.5” / 16.5cm wide x about 8” / 20cm long to just below the pattern bar, 10” /25.5cm total length. 

• One pattern bar to make a PLAIN weave

• One STARTER KIT:

  • Enough yarn and warp thread to make one piece. Yarn colors will vary but will be a combination of chunky and worsted-weight all-wool yarn in jewel-tone colors

  • One custom-made wood tapestry needle as well as a plastic shuttle-type needle that can be loaded with yarn, and thinner tapestry needles
    

  • One small hardwood beater comb

  • Two tapestry needles of different lengths 
    

     

  • One cotton logo drawstring bag for travel and storage

The Boss sets up in minutes. Just warp the loom and pop in a pattern bar. Then rotate the bar to build a pattern automatically, row by row. There’s no in-and-out, just pass the yarn through the shed (the space between the warp threads).

Mid-weight knitting yarn like worsted or DK weight works perfectly, as does cotton yarn like Fiddlesticks Finch.
