Choose Your Own Adventure Socks with Pru Raymond
On a quest to find the perfect go-to sock pattern? This workshop is designed by Pru Raymond for knitters to explore a range of heels and toes, cast ons and bind offs. The destination? A personalised ‘itinerary’ to guide future sock knitting adventures.

Class duration: 3 hours
- Needles: 3.75mm circular knitting needle with 80cm circumference or DPNs
- Yarn: 100g ball/cake of DK sock yarn (NB a 100g ball/ cake is sufficient to make
the mini sock in class and complete a full size pair using the recipe designed in
class) - Notions: wool needle, stitch markers, scissors.
Skill Level
This workshop is suitable for novice knitters who are keen to learn how to make socks, or for more seasoned knitters who want more power and insight to customise their socks or design their own.
Terms and conditions: Classes can be booked online or in-store. There is a limited number of spaces in the class but we can add your name to a waiting list if a cancellation becomes available. Full payment is required when booking to confirm your space.
Minimum numbers: All classes require a minimum of eight people in order for it to go ahead. If your class does not have the minimum number of students, the class will be postponed and you will be notified within two days of the class date of the cancellation or change of date. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred if your class is postponed or cancelled. If your class is postponed or cancelled you can either transfer the amount paid to another class or be issued a full refund. If you need to cancel, swap or postpone your attendance at a class, you can do so up to 7 days prior to the scheduled class date to receive a full refund. Less than 7 days notice, we cannot guarantee a full refund unless another booking fills your space. Once a class has started, we cannot provide a refund.
